Books are non-refundable because of the nature of
the business.
- Hand Bound Books may be returned, however the
shipping charges for sending the book will not be refunded at any
time. Also the return shipping charges are paid by the
consumer/customer.
- Custom work is also not refundable at any time.
- eBooks are not available for instant
download, however please allow 48-72 hours for email
instructions and the eBook to be delivered or set up for download.
In some cases, this has taken longer due to unforeseen
circumstances.
- Pre-release eBooks are where the
customer/consumer purchases the eBook, product, or eCourse in
advance of the release of the eBook, product, eCourse. Once
purchase has been made, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for the eBook,
eCourse, or Product to be emailed or set up for download.
- Resell eBooks have certain resale rights
included with the sale of the eBook or Product. Please follow all
terms, instructions, and rules as listed per ebook on the Contact
Us Information page within the eBook itself. Your name must be
listed on our master list of re-sellers for the book you have
purchased in order to re-sell that specific eBook. If your name
doesn't appear on this list and you resell this eBook, that
constitutes fraud and a copyright theft. We will prosecute to
the full extent of the law!!
- eBooks have their own rules and instructions
per eBook and these must be followed and complied with in order to
use the eBook(s).
- We do not tolerate theft and will prosecute to
the furthest extent of the law. If you know of anyone who has
stolen content or graphics, please let us know. Please

emailed, packaged, or any of the like. Unless specifically noted

and all of our eCourses are not for resale. Higher Prices
will be reflected in the sales price for our resale eBooks. You
must be listed on our master resale list (includes name, address,
email, and website(s)) in order to resell any of our resell
